PEOPLE

LYNN ANDERSON

Country music singer and Grammy award winner, Lynn Rene Anderson, was an American icon. With over 40 hit singles, many of which ended up in the Billboard Top 10, Lynn was named “Top Female Vocalist.” And the best part about her is that she worked as a secretary at a top 40 radio station right here in Sacramento!

TIMOTHY B. SCHMIT

Bassist and vocalist in the Eagles, and inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, Timothy B. Schmit was born in Oakland, California and raised right here in Sacramento. Though the Eagles are considered a quintessentially Californian group, Schmit is the only member that’s actually a California native!
