Harvest at Loomis pays homage to the storied heritage and agrarian culture of the Loomis Basin. On a site which was once home to a pear orchard of yesteryear and a small enclave of farm houses, an architecturally distinct community will rise, following the same historical path of the “fruit shed” genre of Modern Farmhouse and California Mission style residences.
